Damp Proofing

Full rising and lateral damp treatment using the Dry Rod system. Affected plaster stripped back to bare brick, holes drilled at regular intervals along the base of the wall and Dry Rods inserted and plugged to create a chemical damp proof course. Latseal applied as a second line of defence, followed by a Renderguard infused plaster mix. Walls finished with Rhinolite skim coat, primer and paint.
